This is a case I worked together with Dr Cesar Escudero (San Jose, CA) for a patient with missing lateral incisors restored with implants and PFM crowns. Just a few of the problems we encountered were slight placement issues, space differences between the incisors, and shade. After two attempts, we were relatively pleased with the results, and this young dancer had her beautiful smile restored.
