For those of you who have been patiently waiting.... well, it’s here. After much developing and running back to the drawing board (even in the final stages), our newly developed lab communication form is here. Take a look at it and feel free to download (you can get it here) & print it. We intentionally left a lot of room for writing details (there will also be an optional second page if you need more room) that just cant be communicated by a checkbox. Also we are looking forward with inclusions to accommodate digital impressions. Feel free to give us your feedback and send one along with your next case!
